With average revenues of €10 million, Laboratoire M Richard is a French manufacturer of cosmetics and pharmaceutical products, employing 50 people.
The pharmaceutical subcontracting laboratory is now under the control of the Provençal group P&B through debt refinancing and a capital increase.
This acquisition aims to enhance the group's expertise, diversify offerings, and expand its product range.
The buyer has invested €2 million in the facility to integrate complementary and innovative technologies.
