It was through Cocoon Space's 'space as a service' offering that Positive Capital met its founders, Sylvain Chevet and Jean-Yim Choa. Cocoon Space is a proptech specializing in on-demand meeting room rentals, aiming for 5,000 square meters in Paris before expanding internationally, starting with Europe. 

Profitable, the company plans to establish a presence in a second European capital. Positive Capital organized a pre-Series A round of €2.4 million with Newfund, Nexity, and a pool of investors to support its growth plans.
